Types of Missing Document
In some instances missing documents are required to pursue a claim. We can obtain Irish, Northern Irish, English, Welsh and Scottish documents as follows:
Certificates of Birth, Marriage, Death and Adoption
Copies of Decrees Absolute (UK only)
Copies of Wills, Grants of Probate or Grants of Letters of Administration
Other documents or foreign documents on request
Costs & Delivery
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AND IN ADVANCE. Payment by Bank EFT is preferred. Please contact us to confirm costs and we will email an invoice immediately.
CERTIFICATE/DOCUMENT DELIVERY TIMES – the times quoted below are the production times stated by the government departments responsible for the documents.
We may not receive the document itself until the next working day (subject to the smooth running of the systems), so please allow a further 4-5 days for delivery to you. You can also ask for the document to be emailed or faxed to you in advance if this helps. Terms & Conditions apply.

Additional Info:
Copies of Decrees Absolute – We are unable to search the registers ourselves and we a reliant upon the government department processing these searches. These records are filed by the case number and if you know this you may receive a copy earlier than if you do not.
If you don’t know the case number (and even if you know the date of divorce and both parties’ names) there is a 14-28 day service. Presently the government department responsible is not committing to specifying the time period for production of documents. We are only able to supply copies issued by official government sources.
