Complaints
If you are dissatisfied in any way with the service you have received, we want to hear about it and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your first point of contact for making any complaint is your case manager. If you wish to take your complaint further, please contact : [email protected].
Copies of our complaints procedure are available to clients or customers of Finders on request.
