Probate Application Document Checking Service
This is an administrative checking service and our aim is to review your documentation so that your application to the Probate Office is successful. After reviewing the documents, if necessary we will revert with questions. We will then collate a report with suggested amendments and additions to your documentation. A copy of our report and invoice will be sent to you. Please contact us within 5 working days if you have any questions regarding our report. Please note that we have no influence in expediting the outcome of your application to the Probate Office.

Copy of Will in colour, please include codicils. Original Will is not required.

Please Note:
We will provide a Report with written recommendations on what changes need to be made prior to your submission to the Probate Office, but cannot guarantee the success of your application.
Any queries you may have on receipt of our Probate Check Report should be raised with us within 5 working days.
Our invoice is payable within 28 days.
It is your responsibility to submit your application to the Probate Office.
The final decisions regarding probate applications are made by the Probate Office.

You will remain solely liable for any material you submit to the website.

Finders International will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations to provide the online services that is caused by events that are outside Finders International’s reasonable control.
All invoices raised should be paid within 28 days.
